At Comma Football, we want you to be fully satisfied with your kit; if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all jerseys remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn sports apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned kit to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
